Greeting From The BlackBox Foundation
What an exciting time of growth this past year has been. This time last year, we were just settling into our new home in the Historic Woman’s Club in Casa Grande. Since then, we have built our new “balcony” (10 risers) to accommodate our newly installed theatre seating thanks to the generous sponsorships during our “Take a Seat” Fundraiser. Professional Theatrical Lighting has been installed and we will soon be extending our stage, adding additional curtains and framing to complete our theatre space.
None of this could have been possible if not for the founders of BlackBox Foundation, Ken Ferguson and Stacey Seaman. Without their vision, creativity, and dedication BlackBox would not exist. This chosen family has a theatre home thanks to the caring community they nurtured throughout the years.
With our community partners, Central Arizona College and Casa Grande Main Street, BlackBox will continue to CREATE, EDUCATE and ADVOCATE for the arts in Casa Grande and Pinal County. Whether you dream of treading the boards, pulling the curtain, running the lights, volunteering, or just want to watch a show,
